It is your responsibility to periodically review this site for updates, which will become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part, function, or content of the Site at any time. Disclaimer of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, COST, OR DAMAGE (DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SIMILAR) YOU SUFFER AS A RESULT OF USING THE SITE OR ANY COMPUTER VIRUS TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SITE OR OTHER SITES ACCESSED FROM THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSS, COST, OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN EXPRESSLY INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. (c) A simple copy of a photo ID or proof of representation. (d) A clear and precise description of the data for which you seek to exercise ARCO Rights. (e) Any documents that facilitate locating your Personal Data.   
 
All documentation must be sent in PDF format, legible and complete, so that THE OPERATOR can process the Request.   
 
THE OPERATOR is a developer and marketer of hotel services; consequently, Personal Data may be transferred to subsidiary companies, affiliates, parent companies, co-owners, and/or business allies, all within the hotel sector and listed on the website and/or to our company hired to carry out the marketing of our hotel developments, whether within or outside the national territory, for the same purposes mentioned. Additionally, it may be shared with the following individuals: marketing, legal, and/or accounting advisors, and any others necessary to fulfill the purposes for which you contacted us.   
 
This Privacy Notice is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, regardless of conflicts with legal norms.
